While am not all that familiar with that particular lighter model, it definitely sounds like the ignitions system was damaged. I know a few of the local B&M shops in my area will do lighter repairs. There are also a number of places online where you can send your lighter to for repairs although I have yet to try any of these services.

I have a Bugatti B-1 lighter that does not engage the ignition source. After opening the lid, I depress the switch and hear the gas flowing but no "click" of the ignition and definitely no spark. It was working fine for about a month but a few days ago, I let someone use it when a few of us got together to smoke. I suspect he tried to force it with the lid closed and now something is bent, out of alignment or broken. Do you have an opinion and/or know where I can get the lighter repaired or the design for it to see if something is missing?
